Muffin Tin Monday!

I read about this idea on various blogs and decided to give it a try today.  It was a hit!  I think we will be making this a weekly thing in our house.  The idea is to plan a meal around a theme and serve it in a muffin tin.  In honor of July, we went with a patriotic theme today!

    This is funny, b/c I have been thinking about starting to do this. I just can't find my muffin tins that I want. Where did you get yours?
