The rest of the week we laid low. I kept Hud home from school all week and for the most part we rested. We all wanted to get out of the house, so we headed to Fossil Rim on Thursday. I figured it was the best way to keep Hud still, but also entertained.
In the past, I have put Harps in Hud’s carseat while we drive through so she can see. However, since he is now in a booster seat – that won’t work anymore. So, I let her sit with my mom but at one point she wanted to get up front:
After that we headed to our favorite bbq joint:
I let the kids get ice cream at the end of the meal for a treat after a hard week. They deserved it. :)
