Santa Shenanigans.

I didn't know what to expect from Fin at our Santa visit. Hudson never cried, but he definitely looked apprehensive the year he was 2 in his picture. Harper, as we know, cried every year until she was 4. Well, Fin is her own person as usual! Sweet, smiley Finley!!

December shenanigans

The kids LOVE getting their videos from Santa! Fin was especially intrigued this year!

Snuggle bear:

I am going to declare these the strep pjs...Harper with strep 4 years before in the same pjs:

A couple of days later...so good to see her smiling again!!

Sweet Hudson! He failed his eye exam at school, it was a bumpy couple of months but we found a GREAT eye doctor for him:

This is what happens when the Nana does Fin's hair!

My beautiful girl!

Fletcher Family Extravaganza!

Once again it was time for our Fletcher family extravaganza! Unfortunately, 2 out of 5 were sick. :( We didn't have another weekend to squeeze it in and this is one of our very favorite traditions. So, once antibiotics were on board for 24 hours, we headed out.

Dinner!

That's the last pic I got. Trent and I enjoyed the lights and the quiet ride home...this right here NEVER happens!

Sickness abounds

By Friday night, my second baby girl was down for the count. Strep for her as well! The two sickies snuggled up:

And of course, their bubba needed to be near them to keep them company!

Finn's {sickie} birthday

We had to go to urgent care to confirm the ear infections/strep:

But that didn't stop us from celebrating our sweet girl and opening her presents!

She loved her shopping cart!!!

Finley is 2!!!

Dear Finley,

You are two my sweet girl!! Unfortunately, you are also sick on your birthday :( Double ear infection and strep. Not a very fun way to spend your birthday. Thankfully, we scheduled your party for much later. And I will never turn down the extra snuggles.

What a month you have had - a trip to Disney (where you were a rock star and enjoyed yourself so much), ear infection after ear infection (we are taking care of that in a couple of weeks!) and so much more.

You continue to be our best eater - you will try anything, yell "Bite!" when you want a bite and you always want what I am having!

Sleep. You do that. Well.

You adore your big brother and sister so so much. And you want to be wherever they are, doing whatever they do and in the middle of all of it.

Speaking of your sister - when she practices her dance, you practice right alongside her. And you watch her dance videos all day long.

You adore Mickey Mouse, but Frozen is catching up as a close second. Elsa is your fave!

You are my go along, easy baby girl. But, you do have a stubborn streak! Fortunately, you rebound fast!

Your language is taking off (and after you get your tubes in a few weeks, it really explodes!). Some of my favorite phrases: " 'Mon!" (meaning, come on!), "Wuv you mommy", "sissy", "bubba" "Show me" (which means I will show you).

Oh baby girl, how I adore you. You are our cherry on top. We were incomplete before we had you and we all know it.

I love you so much!!
Mommy

Last sleep as a 1 year old!!

Disney '16 Day 11

The trip home was pretty uneventful which is a good thing! You can tell by the picture that the 2 year old was VERY TIRED!

This is what happens when I road trip that close to Christmas!!

Disney '16 Day 11

We had a pretty uneventful trip home! It is pretty clear in the sister pic how very tired our almost 2 year old was!!

And this is what happens when I go on a road trip that close to Christmas!

Disney Tip '16 - Day 10.

And just like that it was our last day!!! :( We kicked it off with breakfast at one of our favorites. Since we brought our car we parked at the Grand Floridian and monorailed to MK:

I got birthday buttons for the kids on the way in because there is always a reason to celebrate!

Tigger!

Whomp, whomp eyeore!

Fin was not impressed:

Always a favorite, Piglet!

Pooh!

Pretty girl! And as a bonus, they got birthday cupcakes for breakfast!

It was a little too bright and a little too much for the almost 2 year old, to get the castle pic I wanted:

I have a friend who is currently battling breast cancer. She is a young mom of two and it breaks my heart! We share a love for Disney, it was only appropriate to wear her shirt in her favorite place and send her a pic of it!

Fin and I hung out at the play area while the big kids rode Splash Mountain:

Then the big kids and I rode Big Thunder together:

Ten days will do you in!!

She slept as we took her out of the stroller and waited for Belle's enchanted Tales:

Harper was picked to be Mrs. Potts:

Fin went to meet Belle. She was so brave!!! And even more precious, they introduced her constant companion Noodles!!! I will never forget it:

Another Be Our Guest meal!

They have always loved each other!

7 Ds!

One last ride - Space Mountain with the bigs!

I could not love this picture more!

With her new treasures:

We stumbled upon a wedding as we were leaving:

A wonderful, beautiful, successful Disney trip!
