My sweet boy has been undergoing allergy shots (at this point) for nine weeks. It has been painful for both of us. He would get pretty worked up when it was time for the shot and for a while there he was getting worked up on the way to the shot. On week 9, it all turned around! He walked right up, told the nurses he was going to be brave, took his shot and NOT A SINGLE TEAR (except from me)!!!! I was/am so very proud of him. The entire staff came out and applauded (at one point most of them have had to help me hold him down). And it has been zero issue since then, I don’t even walk back with him anymore. He is so brave and has been through so much in his short, little life. I am so proud of him.
