Our church held a church-wide Easter Egg hunt last weekend at a local park. Hud remembered hunting eggs last year and was very excited to see his “bas-ket” again. We headed out to the park right after Harper’s nap. Hud didn’t want to put his basket down:

They roped off the area for the toddlers/pre-schoolers hunt. The kids waited for the rope drop:
Then they took off! I noticed that Hud was blowing by all kinds of eggs, but I didn’t realize why until later:

Aaaaaaand the reason why he was blowing by all those other eggs:
I asked him why he wanted all green and he said, “Because Mommy there weren’t any red ones”.
