The kids and I have been going for walks in the afternoon. Hud rides his bike and I push Harper in the stroller. We have been walking down to the lakes and feeding the ducks (who are not interested in eating what we have at all!). On this particular day, Hudson caught a butterfly! He was so excited and so proud:
He managed to ride his bike and hold on to that little guy all the way home. Unfortunately, he held on a little too tight…and the poor butterfly perished by the time we got home. It crushed poor Hud. There were quite a few tears, but thankfully he found a lot of roly polies to make up for it. :)
