Princess Party Fun!

Harper requested a Princess Party at home this year.  She originally said a princess party and then specifically asked for it to be Cinderella. I went for a vintage Cinderella theme. Then when it was time to put on her dress, she wanted to wear Ariel. Ha! Life with a 3 year old…

We started off the day with special pancakes for our special 3 year old:

After soccer (last game of the year!) it was time to get ready for her big day.

It was such a fun party and so fun celebrating our favorite 3 year old!!!!

Ready for the birthday girl!

She woke up a little early that day, which meant that Hudson and I couldn’t sing to her like we had planned:

 

Lizabeth and I wanted to take the girls somewhere special for the actual birthday. Since we had done a princess party for Lucy, we decided on American Girl!  My plan was to buy Harper a bitty twin for her birthday. That plan went a little awry….

 

We took the girls upstairs for lunch (which was a little wheels off):

After lunch, I tried to convince Harper to let me buy her a bitty twin. However, it was a rainy day and she became quite fixated on….an umbrella.  So, a $6 Dora umbrella it was:
