Ready for the birthday girl!
She woke up a little early that day, which meant that Hudson and I couldn’t sing to her like we had planned:
Lizabeth and I wanted to take the girls somewhere special for the actual birthday. Since we had done a princess party for Lucy, we decided on American Girl! My plan was to buy Harper a bitty twin for her birthday. That plan went a little awry….
We took the girls upstairs for lunch (which was a little wheels off):
After lunch, I tried to convince Harper to let me buy her a bitty twin. However, it was a rainy day and she became quite fixated on….an umbrella. So, a $6 Dora umbrella it was:

Birthday dinner at Babe’s at the request of the birthday girl (she wanted to do the Hokey Pokey):
Back home for baths and present time!
