Love the new background! Some of the text is close to the same color and it is a little harder to see- is that what your hubby was talking about, 'cause that is an easy fix without changing the page :-) Hope Hudson is feeling better today and you all have a good weekend together- I noticed he has his soothies in the pics- I can not get Griffin off of his still after almost 9 months- any other paci I give him he pulls out of his mouth like it tastes bad- then he grabs and whines for the BRIGHT GREEN ones!
I don't think it's harder to read, but, it is "busier" than the blue background with the brown polka dots. My eyes seem to be drawn away from the center. It might be because I am not used to it.

I say yes, but I bet I'm in the minority...much like the whole music on the blog thing. :) It could just take some time to get used to it.
BTW, I like the new pic of you and Trent on the side. Hope your weekend goes smoother than the week!

Yes! It is hard to read. Try black text. I am just impressed that you have such a cool background I a not that advanced yet. Teach me.
