I read about this idea on various blogs and decided to give it a try today. It was a hit! I think we will be making this a weekly thing in our house. The idea is to plan a meal around a theme and serve it in a muffin tin. In honor of July, we went with a patriotic theme today!
We had red grapes, white milk, blue blueberries, macaroni and hot dogs!
