Books - the most important meal of the day...

It is really important to me that Hudson enjoys reading. I LOVE to read and I really want to pass that love on to him. I try to put books in his path so to speak and read to him when I can. So, the other day I got really excited when he picked up Pat the Bunny and started leafing through it. It sometimes went in his mouth, but I know that is part of literacy at this age. However, next thing I know part of Pat the Bunny is missing and has been eaten. I am pretty sure THAT isn't part of literacy...
