ICE!!!!

We ventured to ICE for the first time this year. We met our friends, the Hookers, there as well. It starts out with a movie on how ICE came about:

Then they get us all set with heavy parkas.  It is 9 degrees in there!

 

I got zero pictures in the actual display.  Harper HATED it. I don’t know if she was too cold or too crowded or all of the above. Whatever it was I couldn’t put her down the entire time.  Hudson wasn’t too impressed either. I was surprised since he has a renewed love for Madagascar currently.  However, he loved the ice slides:

Afterwards, we walked through part of the Gaylord to see the decorations. They have (expensive) meet and greets with different characters. Here are the kids “meeting” Shrek. :)

All in all it was a fun day. However, the illness that 5 out of 8 us caught was NOT fun!!! More on that later…
