We decided to take a spontaneous trip (again) to Indy to visit our friends, the Fasbender’s. The morning started out with a bleak outlook – our flight was cancelled (I was woken up at 5:30 a.m. with that piece of good news). We quickly started researching our options…and came up pretty short. It was looking like we were going to have to cancel our trip when we decided to check St. Louis. And it was wide open! So, trip was back on.

All 3 of us slept a little in the car (okay, I slept a lot) during the 3 hour drive:
When we finally made it to Indy, we headed to dinner at a yummy place. Will and Hudson reconnected immediately:
As did Harper and the girls:
Trent was able to spend the night at the firehouse with Shawn which was an awesome experience for him!
