I have exactly zero pictures from Day 4 because…well, my kids were up until 2 in the morning, remember? It wasn’t pretty. However, Kristin and I escaped for a pedicure and that was pretty.
Anyway………
our last day started out with a performance from these guys:
It was reminiscent of this:
After a rousing performance, we headed to the same awesome park we visited last year:
And a flashback:
I hope he always brings me flowers…
After a fun day, we made a quick change and started the drive to the airport. We flew out of Louisville, so we had about an hour and a half drive. Of course, despite our hot morning at the park, NO ONE slept. Shocking.
We had dinner at my favorite restaurant again…chili’s (and NOT my favorite):
Our flight was delayed a little. We finally landed and got to our car. Harper was beyond exhausted and crying quite loudly on the way home (which is how we knew she was exhausted, very unlike her). This guy must have been really worn out because he fell asleep despite his sister’s crying:
Thankful for friends who will let us spontaneously visit them and crash at their house for a few days!
