We headed down to Waco last week for a little fun and lunch (of course). We did something we had never done before and took a trip to the children’s museum. I cannot believe we have never been there! I can tell you – we will be back! The museum is awesome – two stories with eight (?) different rooms. Each room has a different theme – there is one room that is all bubbles, one that is like a little town, one with all musical instruments, etc. It was incredible!
Hudson started out playing with the “dinosaur train”:
Harper was happy to be there. :)
Hudson checking out the (yucky. scary.) bugs:
Hud and Grace were having a deep conversation about something:
Then went for a drive:
Then they had a little tea party:
Harper got down to play in this room with her friend Chase:
This was the very awesome bubble room. Hud was encasing Liz in a big bubble:
Then had some duck races:
While the babies found themselves very entertaining:
After a yummy lunch, we headed to campus. First stop was the bear pit, of course. A rare picture with my boy:
Jennifer was trying to get some pictures of her cute, smiley boy….meanwhile my cute boy was pretending to be a dog or maybe a dinosaur in the background:
We took a quick walk around campus, but I didn’t put out my camera because I was having to feed Harps a bottle while pushing her stroller and keep an eye on Hud. We did stop at our favorite swing on campus and a very sweet college boy pushed Hudson on it while I finished feeding Harper.
Such a fun, quick trip! Looking forward to Homecoming very soon!!!
