We started a new tradition this year – a North Pole breakfast to introduce our Elf to the family! I have been looking forward to starting this tradition for a couple of years now. This is the first year I felt like Hudson would really get it.

You get to name your elf. Originally, Hud picked “Presents”, but I shot that down. :) He ended up picking Chandey. We had to explain to Hudson if he tried to touch Chandey, he would lose his magic. :) Every morning he looks forward to running downstairs and discovering where Chandey went to next:
