We started Huddy on solids yesterday. Here he is having some avocado for the first time:
After talking to Jessica about it, I decided to give the highchair at restaurants a try. We bought something to help support him a little bit since he can't sit up completely on his own yet. It was a success! He loved looking around at everything and I only cried a little about how big my baby boy is getting!

The best thing to put behind him at in the highchair is a purse. It always worked great for me! I know it sounds weird. I think it is funny you started him on avocados. Is that so he can eat on his weekly Joe T's dinners. Go to my blog I tagged you
I hear you on crying as they grow! It is so much fun, each new adventure, but when I look back on the pictures of how tiny Griffin was and how he used to just lay still on my sleeping, I tear up!! Hope your dad's procedure went well today! Oh, did Hudson like the avacados? Have only done them a couple times in the baby mashers, but have a neutral response here!
