I have gotten the flu shot for the past four years and (knock on wood) have never gotten sick during flu season. It also seems to help out with my allergies. So, I'm a big fan!!! Bryan won't get one though...
I never got flu shots until this past season when I was pregnant and the OBGYN suggested it. I didn't get the flu before or after. The only reason I didn't get it before was because of my fear of needles. That has gone away now that I've had a baby. I would get it again and get it for D.
I have gotten one the last 2 years. I would always get sick close to Christmas before receiving the shot. The past two years, I have still gotten sick, but not as bad as the other years.
I get one every year so does Chloe. The first time they get the shot they have to get 2 a month apart from each other. I am not sure what I will do with Coleman. Do you watch 1 tree hill?
Yay...I didn't get one Reid's first year of life and he was too young to get one at the time, and alas, he got the flu at 5 months old. Mind you that I stayed home with him, etc. Two days later I got it. The sickest I've ever been, not to mention I was completely freaked out that my infant had the flu. We're both still alive, but I highly rec. the shot!

I give myself a flu shot each and every morning. It's good for the colon.
Yay! And the rest of mine is exactly the same as what Amy said.
