Yes!! This is a great one to do! I can't wait to start it with Griffin when he 'gets it'! We did it in the classroom with the kids each year when I taught kindergarten- and the book came straight from the North Pole along with the elf, who we called "Tingle"- we wrapped it up and left it in the freezer and had the office call down for a student to pick up a package from the North Pole. The kids LOVED it!!!! They do anything for Santa!
this is a great tradition. my girls are SO into it this year. camden enjoyed it last year, but this is really the first year claire has understood it. all i have to say is, "Markle is watching you and he's going to report to Santa". it's amazing how quickly their attitude changes. maybe we should invent something like this to use for the WHOLE YEAR, instead of just december:)
Yeah, it's cute. But I will tell you that growing up we had elves just like the ones on the picture that my Mom put up the staircase. They were so very creepy. Please find an elf that looks less creepy, and this tradition should be great!

I think I might start that next year as well. Sounds SO cute.
You're going to have to tell me what this is next time I see you (I'm a sucker for traditions also)!

It is TONS of fun! We got one this year, and "Fred" keeps Robert inspired when he's ready to be naughty or nice. So fun!
